These soft, buttery cookies are filled with our homemade jelly and topped with a golden crumble.
**Ingredients:**
– 1 cup butter (softened)
– ½ cup sugar
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– ¼ tsp salt
– ½ cup J & M’s Blackberry Jelly
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add flour and salt. Mix until dough forms.
4. Roll into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheet, and make an indent.
5. Fill each with a small spoon of jelly.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
